Life @ Australia

It is absolutely not a brilliant beginning in Melbourne as an IT engineer, especially after years of working as an outstanding team lead on SQA field. I am now still working in a mini Australian IT company as a small potato, totally different from what I expected earlier. It's easy to tell that Aussies don't trust non-English native speaker to handle their business. I am curious how could they distinguish themselves from Caucasian with this excruciating facts. Or maybe they are facing different treatments than people with diversities.
I am now working in an Indian environment company, like a fresh graduate with corresponding wage against my 7+ years working experience, my heart is not here because of the obvious reason that I have been totally undersold. Thinking about what I have done before and what I am doing now, I feel the huge humiliation. But in Australia, my life just began, it was just 6months ago I landed down under and I believe there is a long way ahead of me, even it is a briar patch. Life is thickly sown with thorn, and I know no other remedy than to pass quickly through them. That's not my tomb, that's the darkest hour before the dawn.
